Some commonly prescribed home exercises for Sciatica/low back pain.

As with any exercise program, clear it with your healthcare provider if you are having health problems and stay in the pain free range. Your home exercises should not hurt. However, if you are going to make a change in your body, what you do for yourself (home program)on a daily basis is critical. It isn't first aid to be done occasionally when you feel bad. In fact, you will probably benefit most on the days you feel good. (sorry for quality of pics, I'm working on it).
