The Employment Qualificantion Report, recieved by the employer after the test will not include medical history or meausurments, protecting them from any unnecessary medical information. This Qualification report will simply offer and opinion with regard to the candidate recieving "capable" or "not Capable". The offer is contingent on the client revieving the "is capable" rating. In the case in which the client gets a not capable rating additional classificaton can be offered such as "Not Capable Medical Risk" or "Not Capable Impairment".
Fit For Duty tests: The worksteps platform can be used to help in returning an injured worker safely to the job in question. Once the Job Specific Tasks are established and a test is in place, the worker can be sent for a restricted test that assesses only their physical ability to safely perform those JSTs followed by a capable or not capable recommendaiton and follow up recommendations. Minimal medical measures are collected for this test since the client is an established employee and no longer in the Post Offer window. These medical measures are restricted to the specific medical reason that the employee was taken off work and are not forwarded to the employer with the Qualification report to protect the client's privacy.
